Who doesn't love Starbuck Egg Bites, right?! They're delicious, but they're also pricey. The good news is that you can make them at home in your oven for a fraction of the cost!
And the best part is that you can customize the ingredients. You can use whatever cheese and meat combo you like or just do cheese and veggies! Sausage crumbles are a great choice. Gruyere cheese and onions are a classic as well! The possibilities are endless with these easy to make egg bites!
Ingredients:
8 eggs
3 slices cooked bacon
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup sour cream (or plain Greek yogurt or cottage cheese)
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
Directions:
Add 8 eggs to medium mixing bowl and whisk to combine

Add cheese, sour cream, salt, and pepper, and whisk to combine


Chop cooked bacon into bite sized pieces and add to egg mixture, stirring to combine



Add egg mixture to greased muffin tins, filling half-full

Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes (makes 12 egg bites)

Store leftovers in airtight container in fridge for up to 3 days
