Chicken Meatballs with Cream Sauce

Ingredients
  

For the Meatballs

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • ½ tablespoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 large egg
  • spray oil

For the Sauce

  • ½ cup chicken bone broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon corn starch

Instructions
 

For the Meatballs

  • Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix together
  • Form into 2 inch balls, makes 12 meatballs
  • Heat a large skillet to medium heat and spray with oil
  • Add meatballs to skillet and cook for about 3-5 minutes on all sides
  • OR place in an air fryer and cook at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes
  • Add to sauce or pour sauce over meatballs and serve!

For the Sauce

  • Add all ingredients to a medium saucepan and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally
  • Sauce will begin to thicken when it's done
  • Pour over meatballs and serve!
