Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper
Place all meatball ingredients in a large mixing bowl and stir until combined
Use a cookie scoop or tablespoon to scoop out mixture and roll into 1 inch balls (makes 16 balls)
Place meatballs on prepared baking sheet and bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes
Keep meatballs in oven and turn on broiler, broil for 3-5 minutes until meatballs begin to brown
Let cool for a few minutes before serving
For the Asparagus
Trim and wash asparagus
Place clean asparagus in air fryer and spray with avocado oil
Season generously with salt and pepper
Cook at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes, until tender
For the Dijon Cream Sauce
Add heavy cream to medium sauce pan and turn heat to medium
Add in parmesan, garlic powder, and dijon mustard, and whisk together
Whisk continuously for about 5 minutes until sauce begins to boil and thicken
Top meatballs and asparagus with sauce and serve immediately!
