Gluten Free Breakfast Pizza

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound turkey breakfast sausage
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • cup gluten free flour
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½-1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 ½ cups milk
  • 8 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 8 inch gluten free cauliflower pizza crusts

Instructions
 

Gravy:

  • Brown the sausage in a large skillet on medium-high heat until cooked through
  • Add butter and flour to the skillet with cooked sausage and stir to combine
  • Stir in salt and pepper
  • Slowly add milk ½ cup at a time
  • Allow to simmer, stirring occasionally, until gravy has thickened
  • Set aside

Eggs:

  • Scramble the eggs in a large skillet over medium heat until cooked through and set aside

Crust:

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees
  • While the eggs are cooking, place pizza crusts in the oven for 10 minutes
  • Remove from oven and place on baking rack on counter
  • Divide the gravy and add ½ to each crust
  • Divide the eggs in half and place each pizza on top of the gravy
  • Divide the shredded cheese and add ½ cup to each pizza
  • Place pizzas back in the oven for 3-5 minutes, until the cheese has melted
  • Serve warm!
