The Best Buttercream Icing {gluten free}

Ingredients

cup
unsalted butter
(2 sticks) softened
4
teaspoon
vanilla extract
4
cups
powdered sugar
3
tablespoon
milk
any kind will work
Instructions
Place softened butter in large mixing bowl or bowl of stand mixer
Using hand or stand mixer, cream butter until smooth
Add salt and vanilla and blend together
Add powdered sugar ½ cup at a time and continue blending until smooth
Add milk 1 tablespoon at a time and blend until you get to the consistency you’re looking for (3 tablespoon is perfect for icing cakes and cupcakes!)
Use however you wish!
