lime, juiced

fresh cilantro, finely chopped

Instructions
Slice avocados, remove the pits, and scoop the "meat" out into a mixing bowl
Squeeze lime juice over the avocados and mash with a fork
Add garlic, cilantro, jalapeño, and salt, and stir to combine
Give it a taste test to see if it needs more salt and add a pinch at a time until it's to your liking
Serve immediately with tortilla chips or add to burrito bowls and
fajitas
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. The lime juice will prevent the avocados from turning brown.
