112 ouncepackage cooked and deveined large shrimp with tails on, still frozen
112 ounce package uncured polish sausage, cut into chunksor your favorite smoked sausage
1poundbaby red potatoes, cut in halfsee notes
4ears corn, cut into thirds
½largeyellow onion, cut into strips
½ tbsp+ 1 tspOld Bay Seasoning
½ tbsp+ 1 teaspoon Cajun Seasoningany brand will do
1 ½cupswater, divided
Instructions
Put potatoes, corn, onions, and sausage in the pressure cooker.
In a measuring cup, add one cup water, ½ tablespoon Old Bay Seasoning, and ½ tablespoon Cajun Seasoning, and stir to combine. Pour the mixture over the potatoes, corn, onions, and sausage.
Make sure Instant Pot valve is pointing to “sealing” and set the Instant Pot to Manual or for 7 minutes. Once it’s finished, manually release pressure.
Add shrimp to pot.
In a measuring cup, add ½ cup water, 1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning and 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning. Stir to combine and pour over shrimp.
Make sure Instant Pot valve is pointing to “sealing” and set the Instant Pot to Manual or for 3 minutes. When it’s finished, manually release pressure.
Drain and serve on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper for easy clean-up!
