Gluten Free Donuts {healthier}
Adapted from King Arthur Baking Company
Servings 12 donuts
Calories 250 kcal
- 4 tablespoons butter, softened
- ¼ cup coconut oil
- ¾ cup coconut sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 ? cups King Arthur Gluten Free All-Purpose Baking Mix
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
Preheat oven to 425°F, and lightly grease a standard donut pan
In a large mixing bowl, beat together the softened butter, coconut oil, and coconut sugar until smooth
Add the eggs and beat to combine
Stir in the cinnamon and vanilla
Slowly add the baking mix and milk a little at a time, alternating between the two
Transfer the batter to the donut pan, filling about ¾ full
Bake at 425° for 10 minutes
Allow to cool for 5-7 minutes before turning them out onto a cooling rack
Top however you like or enjoy plain!
