Ingredients
  

  • 12 ounces cooked salmon or canned
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon mayo
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1 teaspoon chives dried or fresh
  • 2 teaspoons dried minced onion
  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil or olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients, EXCEPT avocado oil, to a large mixing bowl and stir to combine
  • Scoop about ¼ cup of mixture and form into a patty. Continue for rest of mixture (makes about 6 patties)
  • Add 2 tablespoons avocado oil or olive oil to a deep skillet and turn heat to medium
  • Add patties to skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown
  • Finish with a squeeze of lemon juice and a sprinkle of Old Bay Seasoning if you’d like, or serve them as is
  • They pair well with coleslaw, green beans, and mashed potatoes
