Ingredients
  

  • ½ medium avocado
  • 1 lime juiced 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 cup lite coconut milk or unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or 1 packet of stevia
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt
  • handful baby spinach
  • 1 serving collagen peptides

Instructions
 

  • Add flesh of an avocado to your blenderyour blender
  • Squeeze a lime using a citrus squeezer to get as much juice out as possible
  • Add 1 tablespoon maple syrup or use a packet of stevia to sweeten
  • Add vanilla extract, pinch of salt, handful of spinach, and collagen peptides
  • Pour in coconut milk and blend until smooth
