Turkey Meatloaf Muffins

1 pound lean ground turkey 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard 2 teaspoons dried minced onion or 1 tablespoon minced shallot ¾ teaspoon salt ¼ teaspoon black pepper ¼ cup bbq sauce
Preheat oven to 400°F
Add everything but the bbq sauce to a large mixing bowl and mix together with your hands
Separate the meat into 8 equal portions and place them in greased muffin tins
Bake at 400° for 20 minutes
Pull muffins out of oven and top each meatloaf muffin with ½ tablespoon bbq sauce
Place back in oven and bake another 5 minutes
