¼cupalmond butterincorporates better if warmed in microwave for 30 seconds
3tablespoonsmaple syrup
⅓cupcoconut sugar
1teaspoonvanilla extract
pinchofsalt
⅓cupmini chocolate chips
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl and mix with a spoon until combined. The dough will seem crumbly and that’s ok
Scoop out about 1 tablespoon of the “dough” and squeeze it in your hand a couple of times and then roll it into a ball (see video for a demonstration) (makes about 20 cookie dough bites)
Place cookie dough balls on a plate or baking sheet lined with parchment paper and place in fridge to set up for 30 minutes before serving
