Ingredients
  

  • cups almond flour
  • ¾ cup coconut sugar
  • ½ cup cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • cup melted coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 3 large eggs
  • ½ cup mini chocolate chips optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F
  • Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl and stir until combined. This recipe is easy to mix by hand, so you don’t need to use an electric mixer
  • Add about 1 tablespoon of batter to greased mini muffin tins  
  • Bake at 350° for about 18-22 minutes (until a toothpick stuck into the center comes out clean)
  • Allow to cool for 5 minutes before removing from muffin tins
  • Store in airtight container on counter or in fridge for up to 5 days
