Gluten Free Pineapple Lush Cake

gluten free angel food cake see above for options 16 ounce container Cool Whip thawed 20 ounce can crushed pineapple 3.4 ounce box vanilla puddling mix the smaller one! (optional) fresh berries
Slice angel food cake in half horizontally so you have two equal halves (top and bottom)
Mix together thawed cool whip, vanilla pudding mix (just the powder), and crushed pineapple
Spread frosting on the bottom half of the cake, then place the top half of the cake on and frost the top and sides
Top with fresh berries and serve!
