Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound 96% lean ground beef
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • ½ cup beef bone broth
  • ¼ cup diced onion
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 ounces ⅓ less fat cream cheese
  • 8 ounces gluten free pasta

Instructions
 

  • In a large skillet over medium-heat, brown ground beef with diced onions and add Worcestershire sauce. Once beef is cooked through, add it to your slow cooker.
  • In a small mixing bowl, whisk together beef broth and a can of cream of mushroom soup and then pour the mixture over top of the ground beef and onions in the slow cooker.
  • Cook on low for 3-4 hours. Stir in cream cheese about 15-30 minutes before serving, and serve over gluten free pasta (cook pasta according to package directions).
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days.
