Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Melt cheeses together in microwave for 1 minute
Stir and put back in microwave for 1 more minute
Stir again and add almond flour and garlic salt
Mix with fork or hands until incorporated
Spread dough out on parchment paper (see notes)
Bake crust for 4 minutes
Remove from oven and add toppings
Bake again until cheese is melted and edges are golden brown (about 4-6 minutes)
