- 28 ounce can Bush's Original Baked Beans do not drain
- 1 pound lean ground turkey 93% lean
- ½ cup chopped onion
- 2 tablespoon maple syrup
- ½ cup ketchup
- ½ tablespoon yellow mustard
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce Lea & Perrins is gluten free!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Spray a 9x13 baking dish with avocado or olive oil and set aside
Add ground turkey and chopped onion to medium skillet and turn heat to medium-high
Cook until turkey is cooked through and onions are translucent
Add maple syrup, ketchup, mustard, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce to turkey and onions and stir to combine
Pour into greased baking dish with beans and stir to combine
Bake at 350 degrees (uncovered) for 20 minutes
