bag of coleslaw mix
or 4 cups shredded cabbage and 1 large carrot, shredded

cup
mayo
½
cup
buttermilk
whole, not low-fat

organic granulated cane sugar

tablespoons
white wine vinegar
or apple cider vinegar

tablespoons
creamy horseradish
1
tablespoon
lemon juice
or juice from half a lemon

teaspoon
salt

teaspoon
black pepper
Instructions
Add mayo, buttermilk, sugar, vinegar, horseradish, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to a large mixing bowl, and stir to combine
Add slaw mix or shredded cabbage and carrot, and stir to combine
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least two hours before serving
Stir before serving
Notes
Store leftovers in fridge for up to 3 days in airtight container
