  • 8 ounces ⅓ less fat cream cheese, softened or fat free cream cheese
  • ¼-⅓ cup honey depending on how sweet you want it
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ cup chopped pecans


  • Set cream cheese out on your counter for at least one hour to soften
  • Add all ingredients to a small mixing bowl and mix together until everything is combined
  • Serve on a toasted gluten free bagel
  • Store leftovers in fridge for up to 3 days in airtight container
