red wine vinegar

crumbled feta cheese

cup
kalamata olives, pitted and sliced in half lengthwise

diced tomatoes
I used cherub tomatoes

diced cucumber
about 1 large English cucumber
Instructions
Cook the pasta according to the package directions. Strain and rinse with cold water, set aside
Make the dressing by adding olive oil, vinegar, oregano, salt, and pepper to a small mixing bowl, stir to combine
Place the cooled pasta into a large mixing bowl and add the feta, olives, tomatoes, and diced cucumbers
Pour the dressing over everything and toss to combine
Stores leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days
