Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves packed
  • ½ cup roasted salted cashews
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic peeled
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ½ cup extra virgin olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Add everything but the olive oil to a blender and pulse until chopped and blended
  • Slowly drizzle in olive oil and pulse until incorporated
  • Serve immediately or store in airtight container in fridge for up to 4-5 days
  • Can be frozen in freezer zipper bag
