Cashew Pesto Recipe
The easiest and most delicious cashew pesto recipe you'll ever eat!

- 1 cup fresh basil leaves packed
- ½ cup roasted salted cashews
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves garlic peeled
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
Add everything but the olive oil to a blender and pulse until chopped and blended
Slowly drizzle in olive oil and pulse until incorporated
Serve immediately or store in airtight container in fridge for up to 4-5 days
Can be frozen in freezer zipper bag
