8ouncesVelveeta cheese
8 tablespoonsbutter1 stick, divided
1bagSchar Gluten Free Entertainment Crackers or Lance Gluten Free Original Crackersor 1 sleeve Ritz if not gluten free
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F
Place broccoli in a large pan and add about 1 inch of water to the bottom. Cover with a lid and turn heat to medium-low. Simmer for about 15-20 minutes, until broccoli is tender
Drain broccoli and add to an 8x8 or 9x9 casserole dish (no need to grease it)
Cut 4 tablespoons butter and 8 ounces Velveeta cheese into small cubes. Scatter the cubes over the broccoli
Using your hand or a meat tenderizer, crush bag of crackers into small pieces. Melt 4 tablespoons of butter and mix with crushed crackers in a medium mixing bowl
Top broccoli, cheese, and butter with the cracker mixture
Bake in oven at 350° for about 20-25 minutes, until cheese has melted and crackers are golden
