Gluten Free Dressing (vegan option)

  • 1 loaf gluten free bread
  • 1 flax egg 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal + 3 tablespoon water
  • ½ cup diced celery
  • 2 tablespoons dried minced onion
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • teaspoons salt
  • teaspoons dried sage
  • 2 cups chicken bone broth vegetable broth for vegan option


  • Preheat oven to 350°F
  • Make flax egg by combining 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal with 3 tablespoon water and letting sit in fridge for 15 minutes
  • Toast the loaf of bread and cut into bite-sized cubes, then add to a large mixing bowl
  • Add flax egg, diced celery, minced onion, parsley, salt, pepper, sage, and broth to the mixing bowl and stir to combine all ingredients. Toast should be well coated and combined
  • Transfer to a greased 9x13 baking dish and bake for 30-40 minutes at 350°
  • Allow to cool 5 minutes before serving to let it continue setting up
