Low Carb Salmon Patties Recipe

12 ounces cooked salmon or canned 1 tablespoon dijon mustard 1 tablespoon mayo 1 egg ¼ teaspoon salt ¼ teaspoon black pepper 1 teaspoon dried dill 1 teaspoon chives dried or fresh 2 teaspoons dried minced onion 2 tablespoons avocado oil or olive oil
Add all ingredients, EXCEPT avocado oil, to a large mixing bowl and stir to combine
Scoop about ¼ cup of mixture and form into a patty. Continue for rest of mixture (makes about 6 patties)
Add 2 tablespoons avocado oil or olive oil to a deep skillet and turn heat to medium
Add patties to skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown
Finish with a squeeze of lemon juice and a sprinkle of Old Bay Seasoning if you’d like, or serve them as is
They pair well with coleslaw, green beans, and mashed potatoes
