Ingredients
  

  • 6 ounces cooked chicken breast see above for options
  • 2 cups chopped kale
  • cup blueberries
  • cup raspberries
  • cup strawberries
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • ½ tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ tablespoon honey

Instructions
 

  • Add kale and berries to a bowl and set aside
  • In a separate small mixing bowl, whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, and honey
  • Pour the dressing over the kale and berries and toss to combine
  • Top with cooked chicken and serve!
