Ranch Taco Bites

These Ranch Taco Bites are the perfect Super Bowl snack! The meat cooks itself in the crockpot all day and then you just serve with Tostitos Scoops for a delicious appetizer everyone will love! I mean, who doesn’t love ranch and tacos, right?!

Equipment

  • Crockpot, slow cooker

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning or 2 tablespoon homemade taco seasoning
  • 1 packets ranch dip mix or 2 tablespoon homemade ranch mix
  • cups salsa or 1 can Rotel
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 ounces ⅓ less fat cream cheese
  • 1 bag Tostitos Scoops

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients, except chips, to a crockpot and cook on high for 4 hours. Stir and serve warm with Tostitos scoops
  • OR brown your beef in a skillet and then add all ingredients, except the chips, to a crockpot and cook on low for at least 1 hour before serving

Notes

Serving size is about ⅓ cup meat and cheese mixture without Tostitos scoops
