Ingredients
  

  • 1 package smoked sausage
  • 2 bell peppers green, yellow, orange, or red
  • 1 large onion sweet, yellow, white, or red
  • spray avocado or olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F
  • Slice sausage into ½ inch pieces and place on half of a baking sheet
  • Slice bell peppers and onion into thin strips and place on other half of baking sheet. Spray with avocado or olive oil and season with salt and pepper
  • Bake at 400° for 20-25 minutes, until veggies are soft and sausage is warmed through 
  • Serve with white rice, cauliflower rice, or mac n cheese
