These almond butter balls are loaded with healthy fats and they taste delicious! They're gluten free and the perfect low carb sweet treat!

Justin's vanilla almond butter

tbsp
pure maple syrup

tbsp
flaxseed meal

tbsp
gluten free oat flour
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir until combined to form a "dough"
Scoop out about 1 tbsp at a time and roll into 1 inch balls
Notes
Makes approximately 14 balls.
Notes:
if using plain almond butter, add 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, pinch of salt, extra tbsp of maple syrup (3 total), and extra tbsp of oat flour (5 total)
you can use honey in place of maple syrup
store in air tight container in fridge for up to 4 days
