Ingredients
  

  • 15 ounce can black beans drained and rinsed (I use Bush's)
  • 1/4 cup cacao powder or chocolate protein powder
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup nut butter I use natural peanut butter
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Put all ingredients in food processor and pulse until it’s smooth and creamy 
  • Serve with fresh fruit, gluten free graham crackers, gluten free animal crackers, celery, or just eat it by the spoonful!
