  • A splash of pineapple juice about 1–2 tablespoons

Instructions
 

Step 1

  • Add the frozen pineapple chunks, dairy free vanilla ice cream, and a splash of pineapple juice to a blender or food processor.

Step 2

  • Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
  • If the mixture is too thick, add another tiny splash of pineapple juice.
  • If it's too soft, add a few more frozen pineapple chunks.

Step 3

  • Transfer the mixture into a piping bag fitted with a large star tip.
  • Pipe the Dole Whip into serving bowls or cups using a circular motion to create that beautiful Disney-inspired swirl.
