Freezer Fudge
Creamy peanut butter and rich chocolate come together in this easy, no-bake freezer fudge. It tastes like a frozen peanut butter cup and can be made even lower in carbs with liquid stevia.

1 cup creamy peanut butter 2 tablespoons coconut oil solid 1 tablespoon maple syrup 1 teaspoon vanilla extract pinch salt 1½ tablespoons cocoa powder
Line a mini muffin pan with 12 mini muffin liners.
Add the peanut butter and coconut oil to a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for approximately 1 minute, or until melted.
Stir until smooth and completely combined.
Stir in the maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt.
Divide half of the mixture evenly among the 16 prepared muffin cups.
Stir the cocoa powder into the remaining peanut butter mixture.
Spoon the chocolate mixture evenly over the plain peanut butter layer.
Freeze for at least 1 hour, or until firm.
Transfer the fudge cups to a freezer-safe container and store them in the freezer.
