* 12 ounces shredded lettuce 8 ounces iceberg, 4 ounces green leaf * 4 ounces salami chopped * 4 ounces pepperoni chopped * Banana peppers or pepperoncinis chopped to taste * 8 ounces mozzarella pearls 1 cup * ½ cup mayonnaise * 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar * ¼ cup shredded Parmesan cheese * 1 teaspoon dried oregano * Pinch of salt * ¼ teaspoon black pepper
