Ingredients
  

  • * 12 ounces shredded lettuce 8 ounces iceberg, 4 ounces green leaf
  • * 4 ounces salami chopped
  • * 4 ounces pepperoni chopped
  • * Banana peppers or pepperoncinis chopped to taste
  • * 8 ounces mozzarella pearls 1 cup
  • * ½ cup mayonnaise
  • * 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • * ¼ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • * 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • * Pinch of salt
  • * ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Add lettuce to a large bowl.
  • Add salami, pepperoni, mozzarella pearls, and banana peppers.
  • Add mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, Parmesan cheese, oregano, salt, and pepper directly to the bowl.
  • Toss until evenly combined.
  • Serve immediately as a salad, on a toasted gluten free roll, or inside a gluten free tortilla.
