Ingredients

  • 3 ripe hass avocados
  • 1/2 jalapeno seeds removed, finely diced
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 tbsp fresh cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tbsp minced garlic about 2 cloves
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

Instructions

  • Slice avocados, remove the pits, and scoop the "meat" out into a mixing bowl
  • Squeeze lime juice over the avocados and mash with a fork
  • Add garlic, cilantro, jalapeño, and salt, and stir to combine
  • Give it a taste test to see if it needs more salt and add a pinch at a time until it's to your liking
  • Serve immediately with tortilla chips or add to burrito bowls and fajitas

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. The lime juice will prevent the avocados from turning brown.
