  • 1 tablespoon fresh fruit I use berries
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup

  • Cut banana in half lengthwise and lay on a plate or in a bowl
  • Top with yogurt, fresh fruit, and drizzle of honey or maple syrup
