- 12 ounces Barilla gluten-free spaghetti
- 1 pound 96% lean ground beef
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- 1 jar gluten-free marinara sauce approximately 24 ounces
- Fresh parsley or grated Parmesan for serving optional
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Add the ground beef, garlic powder, salt, and dried parsley to a large bowl. Mix gently until combined.
Portion the mixture with a small cookie scoop and gently roll each portion into a ball.
Arrange the meatballs on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 12–16 minutes, or until the meatballs reach an internal temperature of 160°F.
Meanwhile, cook the gluten-free spaghetti according to the package directions. Stir frequently and drain promptly.
Warm the marinara in a large skillet or saucepan over medium-low heat.
Add the cooked meatballs to the sauce and simmer for 3–5 minutes.
Toss the spaghetti with the marinara and meatballs, or spoon the sauce and meatballs over individual servings.
Garnish with parsley or Parmesan, if desired, and serve immediately.
Recipe Notes
- Cooking time will vary depending on the size of the meatballs.
- Do not overmix or firmly pack the ground beef.
- Confirm that every packaged ingredient is labeled gluten free.
- Rao’s Roasted Garlic Marinara adds extra garlic flavor, but any gluten free marinara will work.
