1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt 4 ounces cream cheese softened ½ cup frozen wild blueberries 1-2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup optional Natural red food coloring as needed Natural blue food coloring as needed Red and green apples sliced
Add the Greek yogurt, softened cream cheese, frozen wild blueberries, and optional honey or maple syrup to a food processor or high-powered blender.
Blend until completely smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed.
Add a few drops each of natural red and blue food coloring.
Blend again, adding more coloring one drop at a time until the dip reaches a deep poison-purple color.
Transfer the dip to a small serving bowl and smooth the surface with the back of a spoon.
Refrigerate for 20 minutes if you prefer a thicker dip.
Serve with sliced red and green apples.
