Hi, friends! I’m Jessica Swearer, but everyone calls me Jess.

Welcome to Pinch of Gluten Free, where you’ll find easy, family-friendly recipes that prove gluten free food can be just as delicious as the originals. Around here, I believe dinner doesn’t have to be complicated to be memorable. Most of my recipes come together in 30 minutes or less, use simple ingredients you can find at your local grocery store, and are even approved by the picky eaters in my house.

After being forced to go gluten free in 2016, I quickly realized many of my favorite comfort foods either didn’t exist in a gluten free version or just didn’t taste very good. Instead of giving them up, I started recreating them in my own kitchen. Before long, I had a collection of recipes that family and friends kept asking for, so I decided to share them here with you.

If there’s one thing you should know about me, it’s that I’m a huge Disney fan. You’ll find plenty of magical inspiration sprinkled throughout the blog, from Disney-inspired treats and copycat recipes to fun seasonal creations that bring a little pixie dust into everyday life. Because let’s be honest—life is simply better with a little Disney magic.
