  • cups lite coconut milk from a can
  • ½ cup frozen pineapple
  • ½ cup frozen riced cauliflower or ½ cup ice
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • pinch salt I use pink Himalayan
  • 1 serving collagen peptides
