These healthy fruit and yogurt popsicles are easy to make and taste delicious! They are kid approved and you can easily sneak in some veggies, like spinach and kale.

Equipment

  • Blender or Food Processor

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • ½ cup fruit/veggies see flavor combos above
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey

Instructions
 

  • Add yogurt, fruit/veggies, and maple syrup or honey to a blender and blend until smooth (see flavor combos above)
  • Pour into popsicle molds and freeze for at least 4 hours
  • Recipe makes about 6 popsicles
