3 cups Caputo Fioreglut gluten free flour no substitutions 1½ cups water divided 1 packet instant or rapid rising yeast 1 tablespoon honey 1 tablespoon olive oil 2 teaspoons salt
Activate the Yeast In a microwave-safe dish, heat 1 cup of water for 1 minute.
Add honey and instant yeast to the warm water, stir, and cover. Let it sit for 5 minutes until the mixture becomes foamy.
