Chicken Caesar Pitas

Quick and easy meals with little cleanup have become a trend in my house lately. When you work long hours, the last thing you want to do is go home and spend the rest of your evening in your kitchen cooking and cleaning. But your family needs to eat, so that’s why I’ve created this delicious Chicken Caesar Salad Pita recipe. It’s ready in less than 20 minutes, tastes great, and you’ll only use a few dishes!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound cooked chicken breasts cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 cups romaine lettuce chopped
  • 1 cup caesar dressing
  • 4 pita pockets

Instructions
 

  • Add lettuce, cooked chicken, and caesar dressing to a large mixing bowl, and toss to combine
  • Serve with pita bread
  • That’s it! Makes 4 servings
