  • food processor or high powered blender

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can petite diced tomatoes 14.5 oz
  • 1/2 green pepper seeds and core removed
  • 1/4 large onion
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic about 1 clove
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 jalapeno seeds and core removed
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried cilantro

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to your food processor or high powered blender and blend until everything is chopped up and incorporated. It only takes a few seconds because we’re not looking to make the recipe super smooth. You still want to be able to see the chunks of veggies in it.
  • That’s it…super simple and tastes delicious!
