Ingredients
  

  • ½ to 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks use 1 cup for a thicker, fruitier smoothie
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder my favorite is Clean Simple Eats Vanilla Protein Powder

Instructions
 

  • Add the coconut milk to a blender.
  • Add the frozen pineapple chunks.
  • Add the vanilla protein powder.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • If you'd like a thinner smoothie, blend in a little more coconut milk or add a splash of pineapple juice until it reaches your desired consistency.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!

Tips

  • For the thickest smoothie, use a full cup of frozen pineapple.
  • If your blender struggles, let the pineapple sit at room temperature for 2–3 minutes before blending.
  • Add a splash of pineapple juice if you want even more tropical flavor.
