gluten free cauliflower pizza crusts
Instructions
Gravy:
Brown the sausage in a large skillet on medium-high heat until cooked through
Add butter and flour to the skillet with cooked sausage and stir to combine
Stir in salt and pepper
Slowly add milk ½ cup at a time
Allow to simmer, stirring occasionally, until gravy has thickened
Set aside
Eggs:
Scramble the eggs in a large skillet over medium heat until cooked through and set aside
Crust:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees
While the eggs are cooking, place pizza crusts in the oven for 10 minutes
Remove from oven and place on baking rack on counter
Divide the gravy and add ½ to each crust
Divide the eggs in half and place each pizza on top of the gravy
Divide the shredded cheese and add ½ cup to each pizza
Place pizzas back in the oven for 3-5 minutes, until the cheese has melted
Serve warm!
