These healthy fruit and yogurt popsicles are easy to make and taste delicious! They are kid approved and you can easily sneak in some veggies, like spinach and kale.
Add yogurt, fruit/veggies, and maple syrup or honey to a blender and blend until smooth (see flavor combos above)
Pour into popsicle molds and freeze for at least 4 hours
