Instructions
Prepare your glass. Add ice cubes, cucumber slices, and a lime wedge to each glass. Rub a lime wedge along the inside of the glass to release extra citrus oils.
Mix the base. In a cocktail shaker, combine 1/4 cup of cucumber mint simple syrup with the juice of one lime. Shake well.
Pour and top. Strain the mixture into each serving glass, then top with sparkling water.
Garnish. Add a sprig of mint, some cucumber ribbons, and an optional edible flower or jalapeño slice for flair. Serve immediately.
