This Thin Mint Smoothie recipe uses just 6 simple ingredients and gives you that chocolate and mint combo of flavors you crave in a Thin Mint cookie! It’s healthy and packed with protein, and it’s gluten free, vegan, and low carb!

Ingredients
  

  • cups unsweetened almond milk or milk of choice
  • 1 serving chocolate protein powder
  • handful baby spinach
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth
  • Drink up! It almost seems too simple doesn’t it?!
