Ingredients:
- 4 cups pecan halves
- 2 tablespoon pure maple syrup
- 1.5 teaspoon coarse sea salt
- ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Arrange pecan halves in a single layer on cookie sheet
- Bake pecan halves for 10 minutes
- Transfer hot pecan halves to food processor
- Add maple syrup, sea salt, and vanilla extract to food processor
- Process for 5 minutes, scraping bowl and alternating between settings, until smooth
- Transfer pecan butter to jar and store in fridge for up to 4 weeks
