Chicken Meatballs with Cream Sauce
Ingredients
For the Meatballs
- 1 pound ground chicken
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- ½ tablespoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 large egg
- spray oil
For the Sauce
- ½ cup chicken bone broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon corn starch
Instructions
For the Meatballs
- Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix together
- Form into 2 inch balls, makes 12 meatballs
- Heat a large skillet to medium heat and spray with oil
- Add meatballs to skillet and cook for about 3-5 minutes on all sides
- OR place in an air fryer and cook at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes
- Add to sauce or pour sauce over meatballs and serve!
For the Sauce
- Add all ingredients to a medium saucepan and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally
- Sauce will begin to thicken when it's done
- Pour over meatballs and serve!
