Gluten Free Chex Mix
Ingredients:
- 3 cups Rice Chex
- 3 cups Corn Chex
- 1.5 cups gluten free pretzel twists
- 1.5 cups Lance gluten free cheese crackers
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1.5 tsp seasoned salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/3 cup avocado or olive oil
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 250 degrees F
- In a large mixing bowl, combine Chex, pretzels, and cheese crackers
- In a separate bowl, combine oil, Worcestershire sauce, seasoned salt, garlic powder, and onion powder and whisk until incorporated
- Pour oil mixture over dry ingredients and stir until coated
- Transfer to baking sheet lined with parchment paper
- Bake at 250 for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes
- Store in airtight container
